V Transylvanian Premium Red Vodka

A Super Premium non-flavoured Spirit that is wonderful over ice and perfect for creating the most imaginative cocktails. This exceptionally smooth tasting vodka appeals not only to the hip urban club scene, but also to the more sophisticated and discerning cosmopolitan cocktail set.

Method of Production

Our original Super Premium Red Vodka from Transylvania is produced from 100% locally grown wheat. The initial spirit passes through the columns of distillation to be distilled five times and then enters through a further column of rectification which produces a pure clear neutral spirit. Following this the spirit undergoes repeated ongoing filtration through activated charcoal to eliminate unwanted odours, flavours and impurities.

After this the spirit is diluted to 40% ABV with water from the distilleries underground spring 100 metres below the surface. Prior to this, the spring water has undergone filtration, osmosis and deionisation which results in water of the highest quality, fundamental to making great vodka. After this dilution, the vodka is left to mature in cisterns for a minimum of 30 days to allow the unique tastes and flavours develop. Finally the red colour is created, resulting in our mysterious and unbelievably smooth Transylvanian Premium Red Vodka.
